The exact amount of the shipping cost depends on the destination and the shipping method chosen. It is always indicated separately in the shopping cart. There will be no surprises once the order is completed.
Standard shipping for orders up to € 60.00 is € 5.
For orders over € 60.00 no shipping costs apply.
Any promotions will be announced on the homepage.

Upon delivery, the User is required to check that the packaging is not damaged and, if the product is damaged or does not comply with the order sent, not to accept the shipment, clearly noting the nature of the damage on the delivery note and / or the mistake.
The User is required to notify NIO Cocktails of the related problem by sending an email to shop@nio-cocktails.com. For any assistance, Customer Service is available at +39 039 9467113. Hours: 9.30 - 13.00 / 14.00 - 17.00 / Monday - Friday.
NIO Cocktails will bear the shipping costs related to the return of defective or incorrectly shipped products.

Military APO addresses are not allowed.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, except holidays.
The products sold through the website www.nio-cocktails.com are delivered throughout Italy and abroad. Variations in rates are applicable for particular areas that are difficult to reach and for abroad. Shipping costs are always visible in the order check-out and for foreign shipments they do not include import taxes and local excise duties.

Shipments are made only by courier. A signature is always required upon delivery. The User has the right to accept that a delivery is signed by a person other than the User, provided that this person is present at the address provided and is over 18 years of age. If no one was present at the time of delivery, the User will be asked to contact the courier in charge.

To cancel an order, simply make an express request to customer service by sending an e-mail to the address: shop@nio-cocktails.com.
Once your order has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to block the shipment. In this case, he must refuse to collect the product upon delivery, specifying the reasons on the relevant delivery note. We will give you a refund equal to the purchase cost, once the item is back in stock. In this case, the shipping costs are not refunded and remain the responsibility of the customer.
If it is possible to block the shipment, you will see the confirmation of the cancellation of the order on the "Your Account" page in the "Your previous orders" section.

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of the product / s to the same consumer or to a third party designated by him.
In the case of multiple goods ordered through a single order and delivered separately, the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal starts from the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the same, acquires physical possession of the last good.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in relation to personalized items.
The substantial integrity of the product (s) to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must follow the following procedure:
Send a written communication to NIO Cocktails S.r.L., using one of the following methods: (i) E-mail (preferably PEC) to shop@nio-cocktails.com; (ii) registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Via Tortona 15, 20144 Milan. The communication must contain an explicit declaration of the decision to withdraw from the sales contract with the indication of the identification number of the related order. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication is sent before the expiry of the aforementioned period of 14 (fourteen) days.
Within 48 (forty eight) hours of receiving the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, NIO Cocktails will communicate the instructions for returning the products. The costs related to the shipment of the product are to be considered charged to the customer.
Pack the Product (possibly with the original packaging). Using the original packaging will prevent any damage during transport;
Ship the product within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the return instructions;
NIO Cocktails will refund all sums paid by the Consumer, including delivery costs, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which it received the communication relating to the intention to withdraw from the purchase.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the same consumer has agreed otherwise. In any case, the consumer does not bear any costs for the reimbursement.
